Incorrect final bill

Like a few others on here I have been hit with the incorrect £92.40 final bill, after following the correct procedure in cancelling within 30 days of the "you can leave without being charged due to the price rises email" (in fact it was within about an hour). The ticket I have querying this has not been answered since last Thursday, 2 emails have not been replied to, the online chat said I have to ring the 0800 number, the person answering the 0800 number said I HAVE to talk to cancellations (for reasons unknown as I have already cancelled, got the final bill, and this is a billing issue), and then I was put on hold for 11 minutes so I hung up. Can someone please sort out my final bill ??????

Sorry for any concern, these fees should be removed before they become payable when you move away. I've just removed them now anyway to make sure it's sorted.
