Incorrect early termination charges

I've rejuvenated an old ticket  183622091 as Ive got an email detailing early termination charges, that you agreed to waive, for leaving early.

 

 

Last time I used a ticket in this way I had to raise it on the forum to get a response from anyone so here I am again.

My original question in 

#183622091

has not been resolved as I've nothing more from yourselves or the accounts department.

 

The account is now closed and to ensure that my final bill is correct please could someone look into this and advise me.

 

As your system decides to close questions when you dont answer or resolve them within 14 days I suggest you will now perhaps have to raise another question for me.

Yup bills come through with early termination fees on it!

 

Please could you confirm that you actually owe me money and I'll cancel the direct debit.

Wow - from what I can see 2 notes have been added that contradict each other and the last one makes no sense as it tells me incorrectly that there are no early termination fees on the bill but seemingly I can cancel the DD and I'll get a refund.

 

I'm confused - maybe someone else would like to take a look?
