Hello, I have been sent an email with an ETC - when I moved I had a new account created, so effectively left the old contract.
It's quite a significant amount of money, so I'd rather it was cancelled entirely instead of waiting for it to be taken by DD and then having to request a refund...which is the advice I've seen on the forums here.
Anyone had any luck with something like this?
