Incorrect charges ?

On your site you list Unlimited Fibre Broadband at £14.99 and Unlimited Fibre Extra at £19.99 per month.
I'm on Unlimited Fibre but you bill me £19.99 per month and have done so for quite a while.
I want a faster service so was looking to upgrade but noticed that the upgrade is the same price that I am currently paying anyway.
Can you explain please?

It is possible - just - that you are on the old product http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/products/archive/plusnet_unlimited_fibre_2013_archive.shtml which was withdrawn in June 2014 but that is also up to 80Mb/s
