Incorrect billing

This is now the second consequative month that I have been overcharged on my latest contract,which I agreed to on the 9th Sept 2020.The agreement was arranged with agent AA Sales L Team A,for the sum of £25.50 pcm.I had a message just after Christmas to say that my bill had been looked at and billing was correct,not so I'm afraid.This time I want correct billing to be applied,overpayments to be refunded,and most of all,a proper review of the billing system be made.I thought that changing from my previous plan,all this nonsense would be corrected.Is there anyone at Plusnet that is knowledgeable in affairs IT?
