I recently renewed with Plusnet, on a Line only £19.99 deal for broadband (broadband at £0). However, my July bill came through with both the line rental at £19.99 and Unlimited Broadband for a total of £46.01 (there was a bill adjustment for a few days as we moved house). I think there are two issues:
1) I have been overcharged for July, and would like to know how I will be refunded/receive bill credit
2) Moving forward, Unlimited Broadband should be removed from my account (or set at £0, per the agreement). For a total monthly cost of £19.99.
Can anyone advise that this will be done? I called yesterday and someone said they were changing my products, but it seems that led to me agreeing to a new 18 month contract starting in August. When I call I get passed between teams and nobody seems in control.
