Incorrect billing for past 6 months

Hi, 

Username: [Removed]

 

Around 6 months ago (when my bill was increased) I rang up and negotiated a better rate, retaining the same price. I've now checked my bill and i've been charged an increased price for the past 6 months. Can you please look into my account, and what was agreed please?

I am deeply sorry to see this has happen ed and really appreciate you bringing this to our attention so that we can rectify this. 

 

I have looked into to the billing on your account and as my response contains account sensitive information I have put it in a ticket here
