Incorrect billing amount after contract renewal
I renewed my broadband & phone contract a couple of months ago but since then my discount has not been applied to my bill. I have raised this via the chat support a couple of times but no progress has been made in resolving the issue. Please can someone from the PlusNet team look into it and try to correct my billing details?

Really sorry to see this. Just to clarify where we're up to. I can see from ticket : 190086723 that we've advised of the known issue causing this but also unfortunately we can't fix the discounts until the problem we're working on has been fixed.
If you like though I can refund the difference that you've been over charged in the meantime.
