Incorrect bill

Hi,
 
I have noticed an error with my most recent bills. I renewed my contract on 7th April at £24.99 per month. I have just checked my bills since then and they are still using the old price of £26.52.
 
Please can you let me know how I can get these rectified as per my contract and how the refund will be made?

I'm sorry to see your bill's wrong. Looks like the new contract's stuck in the system, I've sorted this for you now and I've refunded the overcharges you'll get in your bank within 3 to 5 working days.
