Incorrect bill

Hi Plusnet. I’m currently on a fixed contract at £17.00 a month. As per your latest email this is due to end on 2nd July 2021, when the price will go up (I’m currently looking at best deals for a new contract). However, I have just received my latest bill dated 3rd June 2021, and the monthly charge is inexplicably £30.51. This is because the discount applied on the bill is just £0.37p instead of the usual £10.99 + £2.99. Why is the price higher when my £17.00 a month deal is not due to end until 2nd July? Since this must be an error, could you please rectify it and issue a refund? Thanks so much for your help.

I'm sorry to see what's happened. I've refunded the overcharge now to your bank account you should receive before or shortly after we take the payment. Apologies again for the incorrect bill.
