Hi
I have received my monthly bill via email today which should total £23.99 but the total comes to £34.98?
I have not missed any payments or received any extra charges - even the breakdown of line rental etc on the bill adds up to £23.99 so I don't understand why the total is at £34.98.
I have tried to ring and cannot get through- I appreciate the circumstances at the moment and will patiently await your response to fix this. Thanks!
