Hi Plusnet. I’ve just renewed my contract with you and have had my first bill issued. The renewed contract confirmation said: ‘From 03/07/2021, your monthly subscription will be £18.99 for 18 months’. However I’ve been charged £20.43 instead of the agreed £18.99. Since this must be an error, could you please rectify it and issue a refund, as well as ensure all future bills are billed correctly? Thanks so much for your help.

Have you checked that there are no phone callas on your bill, which will be charges extra?

Yes I have. The erroneous charge is due to the incorrect discount being applied. I know how to check Plusnet bills as unfortunately this is not the first time I’ve had to contact them about being billed incorrectly. Customer services however have always been very helpful and rectified the situation straight away. Thanks
