Incorrect bill

I received an email summarising my next bill, however it is does not reflect my new contract which was previously confirmed by email when I switched from broadband to fibre. As I've got line rental saver the new cost per month should be £9. However the bill states I am being charged Unlimited Fibre at £15.99/mnth.
