Incorrect bill

Can you please advise why my bill has this:

Invoice: 89669110
Unlimited (Contracted) - Market 2/3 charge 13/08/2017 12/09/2017 £9.99

but is missing this:

1 Special Offer Discount - - -£9.99

These special discounts are for a fixed period -has your deal perhaps run out?

I have the same this month -but when I checked my 12 month deal had expired!!

Sorry about that, it looks like your discounts weren't correctly applied. I've rectified that for you now and I've arranged for us to send you a refund once your invoice clears.

3 months into my 12 month contract and this is the second error. I'll keep my fingers crossed for 9 error-free bills.

Could it be that a discount period has come to an end?
