Incorrect bill-no one at plusnet is contactable

In early March I agreed a new tariff. Instead of continuing on this discounted rate, my bill has gone up significantly. April's bill is also about to arrive.
I cannot cancel bt sports. Been trying for a week. No telephone support is available, chat is offline and online options aren't there - despite what the telephone message says about "there are easy ways ..." THERE AREN'T ANY!!!
I cannot speak to anyone about upgrading my sim only deal. I'm very frustrated and losing money each day when I cannot afford to. Please plusnet, let us know what is going on...update your service announcements because they are wrong , causing people to look for solutions and support which isn't there.
Can't even make a complaint.
