We upgraded to fibre last month and our new bill has come through at £61.31 instead of £40.99. We can't work out why. The figures in the bill don't add up to £61.31 either.
Also there is a charge for 100 mobile minutes but we don't use PlusNet mobile and the minutes seem to be attributed to our landline. It looks like this has been happening for quite a long time as we have £75 minutes now available to use!
