Incorrect bill amount

I rang and switched my broadband deal on 20th September and expected this to be reflected in my next bill, however my latest bill (dated yesterday) is still showing the old amounts (any Plusnet peeps who see this, see ticket number 182816194).

Are the forums the only online way of raising an issue with Plusnet Support these days?!?! I don't fancy a half hour wait on the phone, chat seems to be disabled because they are too busy, and the ability to raise a ticket seems to have disappeared from the member portal! Sad times at Plusnet, they used to be so good Sad is this what happens when you get taken over by BT Undecided
