Please could a plus net CS rep look into this months last bill (18/08/2021).
It should be the regular £27.99 + call charges as this is the last month in my contract.
The normal discounts were not applied so the standard price (without calls) has been incorrectly put up to £35.95, overcharging by £7.96
I've re-contracted today at a lower price, so please refund the difference or take it off my next bill.
