Incorrect bill - August

Hi,

Please could a plus net CS rep look into this months last bill (18/08/2021).

It should be the regular £27.99 + call charges as this is the last month in my contract.

The normal discounts were not applied so the standard price (without calls) has been incorrectly put up to £35.95, overcharging by £7.96

I've re-contracted today at a lower price, so please refund the difference or take it off my next bill.

My plusnet username is the same as the forum username.

I'm sorry to see your latest bill's wrong. I've just added a credit onto your next bill to cover the overcharge.

Let us know if there are further issues or anything else you'd need help with.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
