Incorrect amount being billed on new contract

Good afternoon,

I renewed my unlimited fibre broadband contract in July (as per ticket #203512081) and have noticed that I am not being billed the correct amount. My most recent bill was for £19.99, when the amount should be £27.98 for the first 18 months. It looks like I'm only being billed for line rental, not the broadband.

I'm happy for someone from Plusnet to look into what has happened and issue bills for the correct amount.
