I recently moved house and took Plusnet with me. The transfer of broadband and phone went well apart from one small item- my bill shows my old address- despite the fact that my new address has been successfully logged on my account!

Thanks for getting back to me. They are working on it at the moment. They say it will take 2 weeks to resolve. Only time will tell if it can be resolved satisfactorily.
