Incorrect Bills

Having agreed a new deal in Dec'18, I have had incorrect bills for Jan & Feb  - o/s ticket 186273962.  The reason given is that customer support cannot access my billing page.  The forum suggests this is an ongoing issue related to a systems update.

 

Is this the case or is it an issue with my account?

The ticket has been off hold since last Thursday (31st Jan) but has not been updated.

I do not want to keep pestering if there is an ongoing issue but it would be nice to know where the problem is.

Hi @KevanB, it looks like the issue may have actually been resolved on your account since the last response.

 

I'm just going over this now to ensure discounts are in place moving forward and I'll make sure refunds are issued for any over payments recently.

 

I'll send confirmation via the account shortly, once I've completed this.

Thank you for the prompt reply and action.  I have had notification of one refund amount already & resume the other is in the pipeline.
