Incorrect Billing

Hi
I have had an outstanding ticket with you (35124536) since the beginning of September. You constantly keep billing me for the Talk Evenings & Weekend Telephone Plan, which I don’t want. I can’t seem to get an answer from you.  Would you please tell me whether you are able to resolve the problem. All you seem to be doing is putting off closing the problem. Have you a solution?

Sorry this has taken so long to resolve. I'll see if I can get someone to take a fresh look at this today.

Hi Ray,
I think we did it. If you look at your account it is now showing as talk evenings and weekends. If there are any inconsitencies in your billing as a consequnce of this change let me know so I can rectify it. There shouldn't be though..
