Incorrect Billing

I have recently joined Plusnet and was told that a £1.50 discount will be applied to my account for 12 months (that was the offer on at that time)....This was put on last month and the month before but this month (my last bill) the discount has not been applied.
Please ensure that the discount is put back on my account for the full 12 months as agreed.  I will also need to be credited £1.50 as I have already paid my last bill where the discount was not deducted.

Apologies I can see an agent made a mistake on ticket 34758229 which led to this happening. I'll feed this back to them.
I've reapplied your discounts for the next 10 months.
