Hi, I renewed my contract however I'm still being billed at the old rate. I had ongoing problem with billing when I first took out the first contract so disappointed I'm being charged incorrectly again.
When I look at 'Manage Your Account' it states: An error has occurred - You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress.
Please could a refund be given and the issue rectified.
