Incorrect Billing for fully paid line rental

I have been charged line rental on my bill but I have fully paid up for the year.
I can raise another ticket for this to be looked at because I have the maximum allowed of 4. I can't close 2 of them because it will not let me. The other 2 are vaild outstanding issues on line speed.
My  account id is akthus1970. Can someone please sort it out.

Really sorry about that, we'll make sure to get it sorted for you - refund the incorrectly taken amount and make sure it won't be charged again.

Seems to happen quite OFTEN. It happened to me when I took out LRS and had to wait for about 2 weeks for a refund - NOT good when you are counting every penny.
