Incorrect Billing - charged for Plusnet to Plusnet calls

Hello

I hope you can help; I have been charged for Plusnet to Plusnet telephone calls on my Sept Bill (£1.50).

I thought these were included in my package as I have not been charged for these before.

I would be grateful if you could investigate.

How long were the calls? - If you go over the 60 minute max, the charges are quite steep.

Does this apply at weekends and evenings too?

At all times, yes.
