Incorrect Bill

Hi,
I've had an incorrect Bill since April which I've been unsuccessful in getting fixed.

I'm on a fixed price contract for 24 months and should be charged £32.99 but have been getting charged fill price of around £40.

The problems came about when I was refunded for a service outage and it looks like the agent removed my discounts.

Can I get all these overpayments refunded please and the correct price sorted on my account.

Any chance of this being resolved or will I need to pass it to ofcom to get some progress?
