I have just been sent a email from PN to inform me that £ 58.30 will be taken from my account, normally I pay £ 18 - £ 20 a month excluding line rental which has been paid in advance for 1 year.
I expect a quick explination of what is going on along with a correct bill.
I have NEVER had problems with PN and billing since I joined so what is going on ?
I expect this matter to be dealt with promptly and efficiently

Line rental for 1 year was paid on 31st August. 2018.
Plusnet PLC 0845 14002. £ 197.88
I would like a response to my original query by friday 9th November.
