Incorrect Bill

Please could ticked # 84944064 be looked at.
Also ticket #83576812 will help accounts see this months clear billing error.

Hi there,
I'm just looking into this now, it looks like a possible issue with the way we added some discounts as part of a deal.
I'll make sure this is corrected for any future bills that offer applies to and that you're refunded for this month's error.

Hi choo,
Sorry this wasn't sorted the first time around! It seems like the discounts on your account were clashing and this has caused the discount to not be applied.
I have resolved this for you now and updated Ticket: 84944064 detailing what I've done and what discounts you should expect to receive and when.
Again, apologies this wasn't resolved for you last month!

Hi Choo,
That number doesn't seem to link back to any support tickets, could you double check the number please?
On a side note, the ticket that Linn worked on looks fine and the discounting is set and ready to work.

The billing is still incorrect .

Hi choo,
I can see that this has now been rectified. The billing was correct, you just had an extra month of the £5 discount before the new discounts started. The new discount will take effect on your next billing date. Hope this clears things up for you.
