Incorrect Bill

Hi

just received my latest bill. It’s £43.24.

 

I signed up for a new fixed price 18 month contract in August for £27.98/month.

Something not right..

20 min waiting on phone and no online chat available.

 

please advise

i have not received my £16.25 refund as promised on 30th Sept. 

whem will I get the monies owed?
