Have got an unexpected surprise tonight, my advance notice of next DD has jumped by over 20 quid - no additional calls or charges listed.
Had a look about in my account and even though I signed up to a new 12 month fibre and phone contract in January this year, the product selector shows that my fibre is out of contract but the phone is still in contract.
Anyone else had this kind of half way house mess?
