In 14 day cooling off period, would prefer not to cancel plusnet contract

Hi,
I signed up for Plusnet 2 nights ago and I am still in the 14 day cooling off period and free to cancel.  I called customer services this evening to see if they would price match a deal I have found.  However, it seems there is nothing plusnet can do and did not seem bothered about losing my custom, offering to cancel it.  I'm really surprised about this as I have family members who had offers matched when starting new contracts.  Is there anyone that could help?  I would prefer not to go with another company but obviously will take the best deal!

Did you call Customer Options - see my sig for the number - as they are the only ones who may be able to help
