Impossible to contact anyone

I've been trying to contact PlusNet for over a week because of a billing issue. Every time I try there's at least a half hour wait on the phone (I don't have the time to stay on hold that long), the online support is never available, and there's no email address on the website.

Any suggestions?

Unless I'm mistaken my monthly payment hasn't gone out of my account for this month, I was wondering why and when the next one is due..?
