If only...

This is civilized and puts people before pounds.

All utility companies should emulate Octopus.

This is a totally different situation. Electricity supply is considered essential and is not switched off if you don’t pay, a pre payment meter is fitted to stop the situation getting worse. So it is not putting people before profit.

Broadband/phone are not essential.
