I want to leave now

Okay so i because of the 5 weeks its taken you to get my internet working you again pushed it to 3/03/2017 and this is taking to long it should be possible for me to leave as my service hasnt started and also i want a refund of what you took out of my account and i will send the router back in the condition you sent it.
