I want to contact Plusnet by email.

I've just had a bill for an account that was closed 10 months ago.

I want to send PlusNet an email with full details of this.

Can anyone please provide me with a suitable address or get someone from billing to contact me. Preferably by phone urgently.

@BabsB Plusnet do not have an email address for contact. Hopefully one of the Help Team will pick this up as soon as possible, but bear in mind that it is the weekend, and they are also on reduced staffing levels.
