I think i made a mistake, what should i do?

Ive just ordered the fibre broadband and phone package.
But as i already have an internet and phone provider, I think i was supposed to do it a different way. By clicking 'switch to plusnet' and providing a MAC key.
What should i do to fix this problem?

Get a MAC from your current provider ASAP. PN will probably ask for it anyway.

I phoned up my current provider and they didnt give me a MAC address but they said im in LLU status.
