I think I'm being overcharged?

Hi there, I recently noticed that since my new Fibre contract started last year, I think I'm paying too much. Only £2 a month so not a life-changing sum, but I thought I'd query it.


This is the email I received on 28th August:

We've received your product change request and have now started the process of moving your products to:
Broadband package: Unlimited Fibre
Phone package: Talk Evenings & Weekends
Contract: 24 months
Hardware: None
This will change over on 4th September 2019 and your new cost per month will be £34.98.


(this also includes the BT Sport app @£10pm)


Yet I'm being charged £36.98 each month.

Am I missing something?
