I switched but Plusnet is trying to overcharge me

My contract with plusnet broadband/phone ended on 15 march 2021, now I'm with Shell. But plusnet is threatening me saying that I need to make a £30 payment to avoid any restrictions to my service.

@Michael3456  What is the £30 charge supposed to cover have Plusnet explained what it is? If you are no longer with Plusnet I don't see how they can do anything to restrict your service. The useless billing system has probably messed up again.

If you switched on the 15th March you will not have received your final bill from Plusnet, it comes about 20 days after you have left  so I should wait for that.

@RealAleMadrid I believe final bills are within 20 days so it might still be. The OP looking at the bill detail would find out for certain what the charges are for.

Charges are: line Rental £20.29 and Unlimited Broadband £11.15
