Hi there,
If you've paid upfront then that will be for your line rental payment, any call charges, broadband charges or other costs are still added and will need paying. Have you taken a look at your bill to see what the £6.79 is for?

The charge was for a few 'chargeable' phone calls. Can someone direct me to details of how the chargeable calls are charged and what makes a call separately charged, not from the allowance that's included in the deal. Confused, it's my age... Thanks.
