I never received my £75 cashback email

When I signed up to broadband there was £75 cash back offer which I was told could be activated through an email however we never received the email and I am worried about not getting the cashback as there is a cut off date approaching soon.

I'm afraid the email won't be there as your cashback does not seem to have gone through due to the promocode applied during signup.

I've escalated this with our marketing team and we'll send confirmation via your account once we've had a response confirming when you can expect your cheque.

Your email was sent on the 19th July, please check your spam folders/junk folder and search your mailbox for messages from no-reply@plusnetrewards.com

Thank you for the reply, but I have checked all my emails including spam, I have been checking it everyday.

Please can you check my email is correct on your records. As I have not received any email from you guys since joining up.

Can you let me know if that's correct or wrong?

I tried to reset my password, it says the reset email has been sent to me. Which I have not received, meaning my email is wrong on your side. Is there a way to change my email please or do I have to call customer service.

i have managed to update my email address, it was incorrect (my name was incorrectly addressed in the email address).

please can you request for the email to be sent again.

While I'm afraid I can't do that, I have made sure that your cheque has been redeemed and it should be with you within 30 days.
