I need to query 'extra' line rental charge
I prepaid my Broadband and Phone line rental last year up to 20/10/2021.
I have since renewed my Plusnet Broadband package and my recent bill shows a payment for line rental of £10.13 for the period 4/10/21 to 20/10/21 (as well as what I believe is correct line rental payments for 20/10/21 to 27/10/21 and 28/10/21 to 27/11/21).
How can I query this amount? Surely I shouldn't have to pay anything until 20/10/21?
I can't find any way to 'contact us' through my Plusnet account.
