I missed a payment, then paid it, but I'm still getting the captcha popup?

As per title, I'm having trouble getting my Fire Stick and Switch consoles back online due to the popup, phones and laptop seem fine though. Is there a restriction on my account that can be removed?

Have you restarted the router subsequent to having made the payment?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Yes, I reset my router twice yesterday, but the popups are still present. Probably also worth mentioning, I'm using my own router rather than the one Plusnet provides.

Are you able to assist please?
The router restart should have allowed detachment from an IP address restriction. Is there insight as to what goes wrong with these cases please?
