My latest bank statement said that I was charged £75.01 instead of £44.98 (the usual amount I am charged), and to understand why this has happened I tried to view my bill on the plusnet website, but it came up with this message: ''Sorry, we are not able to complete this request at the moment, please try again later.'' I have since tried multiple times, but I cannot view my bill. Is there a way to fix this, and would it be possible to get a direct explanation for why I have been charged more than usual?
