I trying to contact plus net online. I'm struggling with the phone as I have hearing difficulties. Is there a way to do this online?

You could try live chat which is done via typing. To access this log in to the Plusnet member centre and click Contact Us on the top of the window. Follow the instructions.

if you use an adblocker you'll need to whitelist the PN site for it to work.

Can the live-chat team handle house moves? I'm sure I remember people being told they need to use the phone for this in the past.

Unfortunately he web chat team can't issue house move orders.
To contact the team please call 0800 013 2632 and they are open between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays from 9am-7pm and Sundays from 9am-6pm.
