@Sandy88 Looks like you're out of contract - when did you join Plusnet?

In that case, I'd get on to PN quick - looks like you've fallen foul of the fouled-up accounts system.

Re: I'm confused by this

Hi Sandy,

A warm welcome to the forums.

That looks like a product description page from the change product journey.  That will show the full price of the product you are on, which might not be what you are paying.  New user discounts are applied within billing against the product's standard price … which is what is shown in the change my product journey.

@Townman Ooops - my bad Embarrassed - not an area I visit often - if ever - so I misinterpreted it.

Re: I'm confused by this

John,

Worry not, some of this space is not as simple as it might be.  I just happened to have been in that space this weekend.  I can understand the pragmatism of the system design - keep the cost of the product distinct from what users pay for the product (after the application of time restricted discounts).  Whilst it makes the overall design simpler (purer) it can cause confusion as reported by the OP.

Re: I'm confused by this

Hi @Sandy88

Just a quick note to confirm that @Townman is correct - I've checked your account and your pricing is correct with the relevant discounts in place. The screenshot you've provided is the "top line" price for the product prior to any discounts.

Thanks

Dave
