Dear Plusnet, as it says in the title!
As it stands Plusnet you owe me. I paid advanced charges for line and broadband up to 16th October, you also over charged me last month!
I am due a refund for 8/9/16 to 16/10/16 for broadband. Your phone cancellation is also wrong, you have charged me up to 15/9/16 and am due a refund.
You have not done the closure properly and have only closed the line, all be it a week late!
I am not due to pay any still in contract termination charges due to the price incerease as I gave you notice and have email proof.
Sort this mess out once and for all.
