I haven’t received an email regarding my £70 cash back for signing up
I signed up for unlimited fibre broadband on the 17/12/2018. It was not fitted until 8/1/19, and went live that evening. I have seen that it could take up for 10 working days for an email regarding my cash back as offered when I signed up. However I have not yet received this...does anyone know what I should do? Thanks in advance
