I haven't received a bill...

Hi.

I was wondering if Plusnet's Customer Service could let me know when I'd be billed as I didn't get any invoice since upgrading to Fibre at the end of March. I chatted with an agent online but didn't get any useful advice nor was I reassured that the problem would be resolved. Many thanks.

I have had billing issues since renewing my contract in December, 

 

 

I haven't had a bill generated since February.  When I spoke to CS over a month ago, they know there is a problem, and they cannot charge you more than 90 days once the problem has been sorted.

 

 

It's just a waiting game

The billing issues have been ongoing since September 2018.
All that plusnet confirm is that they are working on a fix for the issue.

I haven't had a bill since joining last september. Had new account created in March when joined plusnet tv. Haven't had a bill for this one either. Sit back and enjoy it. They are so clueless they dont deserve a penny of anyone's money.
